What exactly is PotGrowHub / ReeferDude?
One ecosystem under one roof. PotGrowHub.store is the hub — education, tools, and product discovery for adult cannabis culture. ReeferDude is the persona and front door. The GanjaGoddess is our AI budtender, and GanjaGuru is the long-term platform blueprint everything is building toward.
Do you sell cannabis?
No. This site sells education, tools, gear discovery, and (at launch) accessories and apparel through partners. We never sell, ship, or broker cannabis or THC products. Anything plant-related here is information for adults in jurisdictions where it's legal — checking your local law is on you.
Who can use this site?
Adults 21 and over (or legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Cannabis content isn't for minors, full stop.
What is "ghost agentic e-commerce"?
Our store holds no inventory. When an order comes in, an automated agent sources it from a vetted supplier or has it printed/made on demand, and it ships directly to you. Zero warehouse, zero overstock, less waste. The full walkthrough is on the Ghost Marketplace page.
Can I buy anything right now?
Not yet — the showcase is live, checkout opens at launch, and no page on this site will take your money before then. Join the drop list on the contact page and you'll hear first.
Is the AI Budtender a real AI? Does it track me?
She's an expert system that runs entirely in your browser — a knowledge engine built from our strain and grow data, with voice in and out where your browser supports it. Your chat history is stored only on your own device, and you can clear it anytime. Details are in the privacy policy.
How do consultations work?
Pick a session on the consultation page and send the request — it opens a pre-written email to us. We confirm the time and any fee by email before anything is booked. No payment is taken on this website.
How does the Strain Creation Lab work?
It's a cultivar concept generator: cross two parent strains, set target effects, flavors, THC and CBD, and it produces a named strain profile with grow notes. Creations save on your device only. It's a creative and planning tool — it doesn't breed or ship seeds.
Who fulfills orders and handles returns once the store opens?
Marketplace orders are fulfilled by the vetted partner who makes or stocks the item, and shipping/returns follow that partner's terms shown at checkout. Our inbox stays human — if a partner drops the ball, contact us and we'll run it down.
Can I sell my products through the Marketplace?
Yes — that's the point of the ghost model: no listing fees up front, no inventory risk. Pitch us on the contact page with "Marketplace" in the subject line.
I found a bug or a page that's hard to use. Where do I report it?
The contact page — include the page address and what happened. Accessibility problems especially: tell us and we'll fix them; our commitments are on the accessibility page.
